Matcha frappe
serves 2
Ingredients:
- 300 ml full-fat milk
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 heaped teaspoons of Moya Matcha Traditional or Daily
- a big handful of ice cubes
- optional: whipped cream to serve
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed until thick and creamy like a slushie. Serve in tall glasses, topped with whipped cream if desired.
